Dear School Nurses,
The Zone Ten Officers would like to wish you a safe and happy summer! Here are a few items we wanted to pass along before school let's out!
1.) Zone Ten membership is now June 1st thru May 31st! If you haven't renewed or joined as of yet, please do so ASAP! The membership form is attached! (click here)
2.) SAVE THE DATE!!!! October 18th will be our first conference/meeting. The place: Twin Trees Too on Milton Ave. in Syracuse. Registration will begin promptly at 10:30. Look for a reservation form, via email, in early September with details!
3.) PLEASE send me any changes made to your school/district nurse body. If someone has retired or you have a new school nurse please let me know who she is, where she is working and email address!!!!!
4.) Patty Black RN from the Syracuse City Schools asked that I share upcoming continuing education classes. The following is general information. Registration form to follow.
The classes will take place at the Syracuse Teacher Center located at 1153 Geddes St on Thursday evenings from 3:30 pm until 6:30 pm. We will give out a certificate of attendance for 3 hours of Cont. Ed. There are a total of ten session each semester, the cost will be $5.00 or $30.00 for the series of ten, (click here) for more details!
