Being a member of the board of directors gives you an opportunity to network with school nurses across the state, while enabling you to help make decisions that impact not only our profession, but the health and well being of children in all areas of NYS. Your involvement will empower you as a school nurse to become a leader among your colleagues. Just ask any board member, and they will tell you how enriched their lives have been by their involvement on the board!
